The Kit consists of 4 strong Aluminium alloy brackets, and 2 sets of corrosion proof fasteners. It can be used for the permanent installation of individual PV panels up to 800 mm wide. Examples of use: a) On the roof of a leisure vehicle or boat for horizontal mounting, using the bolt-through fixings shown in the picture. b) For permanent, sloping roof or flat roof, installations, such as a shed, outbuilding or garage. c) For attaching an individual panel to any stone, concrete or brick surface, using masonry sleeve anchors. d) For fixing a PV panel to solid timber without permitting water ingress into the substructure. Dimensions: 80mm long x 59 mm wide x 24mm high. The thickness of the material is 2 mm. The total mass of brackets and fixings is 0.266 kg. PLEASE SELECT BOLT LENGTH 30mm, 50mm, OR 60mm. |

Adjustable Mounting Kit—For Temporary or Permanent Installations Including Waterproof Bolt–Through Fixings |

The Kit consists of 2 strong Aluminium alloy brackets, and 4 sets of corrosion proof fasteners, to suit most circumstances. It can be used for the permanent installation of most PV panels up to 540 mm wide (85-90 W panels). The panel can be mounted with the long side horizontal, as shown above, or in “portrait” orientation, depending upon its size and the circumstances of use. The angle of inclination of the panel is adjustable from 24 to 41 degrees in 5 steps, using the struts supplied. Examples of use: a) On the roof of a leisure vehicle or boat for temporary inclination, using the hand tightened screws shown in the picture. b) For permanent, flat roof, or ground based, installations (replacing the hand screws with the M8 stainless nuts and bolts provided). c) To permanently attach a PV panel at the appropriate inclination to a south facing vertical wall.

The Kit consists of Four Universal Corner Mounts, a Waterproof (IP66) Double Entry Cable Gland System, Stainless Steel Mount to Panel fasteners, and the Market Leading Adhesive to attach the Mounts to a Substrate. It can be used where fixing holes in the substrate are undesirable. The mounts and the gland casing are both made from white, impact resistant, UV stabilised, ABS plastic. (The glands are moulded from Nylon composite.) They are suitable for use with almost any aluminium framed solar panel from 15cm to 150 cm long and up to about 35 mm in depth. A 300 ml Tube of Sikaflex 512 –Caravan, a 50 ml bottle of Sika Cleaner /Aktivator-205, and an abrasive sheet are included. Supplied complete with comprehensive fitting instructions. |
